SDA Solutions was selected as the preferred supplier of a new leisure management system by Soho Gyms in 2004 and SDA's ClubCentric.NET system is now installed in all five of the company's clubs, including the recently opened facility created in the arches beneath Waterloo railway station in London.
It forms an important part of the CRM strategy being implemented by Soho Gyms, which has recently been using it to proactively campaign to both current and prospective members, using the integrated email marketing option.
Individual clubs are connected to the head office using standard ASDL lines and each site operates two front of house terminals, one for retail sales and the other for member swipes.
Soho staff also use the log of member swipes to identify any members in the gym who require attention.
Reflecting the fact that many of its members move around the capital, the club offers membership packages from only six weeks, CRM being at the heart of a system which can track a person's details to provide a consistent service across all the sites.
