The Outdoor Show at the NEC recently saw the launch by Chartech International of a range of recyclable Ordnance Survey maps.
The new Aqua3® Evolution line includes the OS Select™ Explorer® and Landranger® maps and follows the introduction by the company nearly twenty years ago of a range of laminated versions which culminated in the brand Aqua3®.
The Evolution series uses lightweight but tough polypropylene plastic paper, resulting in a print quality of which someone is reported to have said: “So clear you can see where the cows have been”.
They are 100 per cent waterproof, 100 per cent recyclable and available folded, flat or framed.
The Aqua3® website at http://www.aqua3.com enables users to order maps to their own specifications. A postcode, place name, grid reference or x/y coordinates are entered to choose the exact centre point and edges of a personalised Aqua3® Evolution OS Select™ Map.
